Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 30, 2026

Sprynt ("Sprynt," "we," "us") is a personal-focus and fitness app for iPhone. Sprynt is built to be private by design: your data stays on your device by default, we don't require an account, and we don't track you or run ads. This policy explains what limited data the app handles and the few cases in which data leaves your device.

Data that stays on your device

The following is stored only on your device (and, for the blocking feature, in a private app-group container shared with Sprynt's own iOS extensions). It is never sent to us:

If you delete the app, this on-device data is removed with it.

Screen Time / Family Controls

Sprynt uses Apple's Family Controls, Managed Settings, and Device Activity (Screen Time) APIs so you can block apps you choose on your own device until you complete a workout. We only handle the opaque app tokens that iOS provides — we never see the contents of your apps, your screen, your keystrokes, or which specific apps you selected in any human-readable form. These selections are stored only on your device and are never transmitted to Sprynt or any third party.

Data that leaves your device

There are exactly two cases in which limited data leaves your device:

What we do NOT do

Children

Sprynt is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your choices & rights

Because Sprynt keeps your data on your device and does not maintain a user account, we hold no personal profile to export or delete on our servers. You can remove all on-device data at any time by deleting the app, and manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID / App Store settings. If you have questions or a privacy request, contact us below.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date.
